If you want to learn how to prepare a meal according to the tradition of Piedmontese cuisine, to know the small but important secrets that my grandmother and my mother gave me, to know which wines to pair the dishes, my cooking classes are what you are looking for.
I structured each of my courses as a meeting among friends, where everyone contributes to the preparation of the different courses, experiencing all the different phases of preparation. The course ends by tasting the dishes that have been prepared with pleasant chats, conversations, stories and fun.
My kingdom
The headquarters of my cooking school is my home. An old renovated farmhouse, surrounded by greenery at the foot of the hills of the Langhe, where 5 dogs, 1 horse, 1 pony, 4 cats, 6 chickens, live happily.
Each cooking class takes place in the large, bright kitchen of my farmhouse, a little country style, a little modern. The large central island offers up to a maximum of 10 workstations, complete with all the equipment needed for the preparation of the dishes.
In my kitchen
During my cooking classes everyone can work at their station, really putting their "hands in the dough". I always start with a ten-minute theoretical explanation of the menu, then everyone gets to work. In the summer, we can gathering aromatic herbs and some vegetables directly from the garden.
During Cooking Piemonte's cooking classes the atmosphere is decidedly relaxed: we comment on the various phases, taste the ingredients, joke around and above all have fun.
A course lasts on average 4 hours, including a coffee break and the tasting of all dishes with wine tasting
For groups, it is possible to have lunch or dinner at the end of the course tasting the dishes prepared around a nice convivial table and good Piemontese wine.
In your kitchen
For some years now, more and more tourists are choosing to spend their vacations staying in private homes rather than in hotels or farmhouses. In the hills of the Langhe you can find beautiful structures, surrounded by vineyards and often with swimming pools and beautiful gardens. In order to fully experience the atmosphere of these beautiful residences, the request arises for a home cook as guests want to enjoy the relaxation of the house with family or friends, in full comfort, with the pleasure of tasting the good Piedmontese cuisine, without work and effort.
I cook for them, I take care of the table, the service and the menu ... everything. A traditional Piedmontese menu with appetizers, first courses of fresh pasta, risotto or gnocchi, second courses and desserts. And for those who wish, black truffles in summer and white Alba truffles in autumn.

Cooking Team Building
An authentic and engaging team building experience, immersed in the quiet of the countryside: a traditional cooking class for small groups (maximum 12 people), in a family and informal environment, where everyone has their own station, actively participates, shares laughter and the pleasure of cooking together, as well as creating collaboration and group spirit.
